Senator Blair moved to amend the bill on page one hundred eighty-eight, before item 375, by inserting the following:

375 Division of Highways –

 (WV Code Chapters 17 and 17C)

Fund XXXX FY 2020 Org 0803

Directed Transfer - Surplus........................................................        XXXXX         $            500,000,000

The above appropriation for Directed Transfer - Surplus (fund XXXX, appropriation 70000) shall be transferred to Division of Highways (fund 9017, org 0803), Nonfederal Improvements (appropriation 23701).;

            And,

            By renumbering the remaining items.
